Tasks that end in a verified result

A task in Dutyrex carries its own checklist, its own due time, and the unit and person responsible for it. Staff see only their own work, on a phone, as a list they can tick through.

When it is submitted it does not simply vanish into a 'done' column. A supervisor approves it, sends it back for rework with a reason, or escalates it. Every one of those decisions is recorded against the task.

When something is wrong on the floor, an exception is raised against the task rather than sent as a message. It stays attached to the work it belongs to, and it stays open until somebody resolves it.
